ACCESSIBILITY & INCLUSIVENESS
We are committed to making the Global Conference on Economic Geography as accessible and inclusive as possible. To this end, we will adopt a tiered fee structure based on country income bands. This approach ensures that participants from lower-income countries pay a reduced registration fee, while those from higher-income countries contribute more to help offset these costs. In this way, we aim to foster a diverse, equitable, and truly global academic exchange.
In addition, we will offer travel grants to support participants, made possible through the generous support of our sponsors. We look forward to welcoming you to Rome in 2028 for a conference that promotes inclusive, critical, and impactful discussions on the future of economic geography.
