REGISTRATION
Conference registration is now open. All participants must pay the appropriate registration fee after submitting an abstract. This registration fees can be paid online.

Conference is scheduled June 28 - July 2, 2011. Paper sessions will take place June 29 - July 1


Conference Registration Fee Will Include:

• Access to Opening, Plenary Session with luncheon (June 29), Paper Sessions and Special Sessions (June 29-30), and Plenary Session (July 1)

• Coffee Breaks

• Welcome Dinner (June 28, Tuesday)

• Reception (June 30, Thursday)

• Field Trip with luncheon (July 1, Friday)

Registrants are responsible for their own accommodation and meals (except for above items).


Registration Payment Methods

• By credit card

Before you begin this online registration, make sure that you have a credit card available. This registration payment will only accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master, JCB.

• By bank transfer

You can register by bank transfer if you have a problem to pay by credit card.

Please read instructions(download) carefully before remitting your registration fee.

Be sure to write SAME NAME on the remittance draft as the registration form and pay for the remittance charge BY YOURSELF


Late Registration Surcharge

A late surcharge US$50 will be added to your registration fee if you opt to register between April 1 and April 20, 2011. The late fee also applies to students.


Refund Policy

For cancellations received before June 15, 2011, we will retain US$100 of your registration fee to cover credit card and related handling charges. Refund requests should be submitted to Secretary General, Yangmi Koo. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued after June 15, 2011.
