The FULL CONFERENCE registration fee includes access to the welcome reception at the Oxford Museum of Natural History, conference sessions, lunch and all-day refreshments, and evening wine receptions. The fee does not include accommodation, the conference gala dinner (optional) and field trips (optional). We accept credit cards only. Before you begin the online registration, make sure that you have a credit card available. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master, American Express.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
A Gala Dinner will be hosted at the beautiful St Anne’s College in Oxford on Friday 21st August 2015. The cost will be £58 (VAT incl.) per person for a three-course served dinner with wine and pre-dinner reception. Capacity is limited to 264 guests, so please make sure to register and book your place as soon as possible.
Accommodation will be available at different Oxford Colleges. Prices range between £45 and £75.
FIELD TRIPS
Field Trips are not included in the registration costs and are optional. Costs vary from £10 to £90 depending on the tour. Please visit the Field Trips page for more information.

Bookings for this event are non-refundable unless a doctor’s note or similar evidence can be produced.
If you do cancel your booking cancellations made up to eight weeks in advance will incur a £50 administration fee. We cannot give any refunds for cancellations made less than eight weeks before the event.
